Because I feel good and magnanimous (and very naughty today, P) at the bottom of the tarts in the shape of the heart I have put other possible variations, I had so much pastry I did not know what to invent!
INGREDIENTS
Spelt flour
full 500g brown sugar 250g
extra virgin olive oil 70g
seed oil 70g Water 125g
Baking powder 20g
vanilla 1 stick
Nutella and almond, jam, nuts and maple syrup, chocolate chips qb
PROCEDURE
In a bowl dissolve sugar in water.
Add the two types of oil, flour, baking powder and seeds of the vanilla pod and stir until it forms a ball.
Council: the vanilla pod, which still continues to be perfumed and certainly has not been 100% clean from seeds, instead of throwing it away put it in a closed container with sugar, it will smell a lot and you can use it in tea, in tea or sweets instead of regular sugar + vanilla essence.

A questo punto ci si può sbizzarrire con le varie preparazioni, iniziamo con le crostatine a forma di cuore. Nella foto si vede abbastanza bene come la pasta frolla si sbriciola.
Ho riempito le crostatine a forma di cuore con nutella e cosparse sopra con delle mandorle a scaglie e messo in forno caldo a 180º per circa 20 minuti, ossia quando le madorle iniziavano a scurirsi.
