Muffin with maple syrup and walnuts

I had been reported missing, admit it! But arriving unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon in complete solitude with a simple recipe and perhaps a bit too ' boring.

INGREDIENTS

80g butter 2 eggs

yeast 1 teaspoon
Ritter Sport bigusto
1 box powdered sugar to decorate



PROCEDURE
Coarsely chop the walnuts and chocolate.
Prepare the muffin as usual, by dividing the dry ingredients (yeast, flour, sugar and nuts) than wet (eggs, milk, maple syrup, butter and chocolate).

Put the mixture into cups until 3 / 4.



Bake for about twenty minutes (until the muffins dome began to crack) to 180 ยบ.



Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
