INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDIMENTO

Cuocere in forno caldo a 170º per 30'/40'; io per non scurirlo troppo sopra metto della carta argentata che tolgo una decina di minuti prima della fine cottura.

Because I feel good and magnanimous (and very naughty today, P) at the bottom of the tarts in the shape of the heart I have put other possible variations, I had so much pastry I did not know what to invent!



INGREDIENTS
Spelt flour
full 500g brown sugar 250g
extra virgin olive oil 70g
seed oil 70g Water 125g

Baking powder 20g
vanilla 1 stick

PROCEDURE
In a bowl dissolve sugar in water.

For this recipe I was inspired by reading several pages from the Internet, then doing a whole misturotto and ultimately inventing practically from scratch:))



INGREDIENTS
nice chicken breast 1 large (approx 300/400g.)
potatoes 2 / 3 medium
Soup with my nut vegetable 1l
Cream 100ml
Tahin or sesame cream 2 / 3 tablespoons flour 50g

Curry, salt, pepper and thyme to taste



PROCEDURE
